Ms. Morton has been involved in the construction industry since 1978, beginning in the residential market industry  prior to moving into athletic surfacing,

Ms. Morton joined Southwest Recreational Industry (SRI Sports) in 1996 and became the Director of Operations in 2001.

Ms. Morton joined Tony Cunningham and Dennis O'Donnell in starting  ATT Sports, Inc. in 2004.  She  states that  “I have been fortunate in my professional life to be mentored by the very best in the industry and quickly established myself in all areas involved in construction, start to finish on turnkey operations. From administration, logistics, project management, labor relations, scheduling, customer service, close out and collections this has been a most rewarding position.”

Ms. Morton's position at  ATT Sports Inc. has been very diverse beyond her role as  Director of Operations.  Her daily duties requires the understanding and transition of the sales contract to working closely with on-site project managers, as well as understanding the goals of the client.

Communication is critical in all areas with the client, site contractors, vendors and ATT's highly skilled technicians to insure the highest form of safety, quality and production is met and exceeds the client’s expectations.
